I’m Lara Morgan aka Conscious Career Coach,

Conscious Careers is movement to inspire people to step into their most aligned and joyful careers, by embodying their strengths, owning their desires, overcoming self-limitations and taking bold action towards their biggest goals.

I’m a certified Consciousness Coach, Positive Psychology/ Wellbeing Practitioner and NLP (neurolinguistic programming) Practitioner, with nine years’ experience across Coaching, People and Talent Leadership, Executive Search and Consulting.

Six years ago, I had a realisation that would change my life forever. I realised I had been living on auto-pilot, entirely in the head and not living from my heart. I felt stuck in the never ending hamster wheel that was my 9-5. 

I came to realise that only 10-20% of what I was doing was using my strengths, while the other 80-90% I was being “busy” but not challenged or stimulated. This was exhausting in all the wrong ways.

Once I saw this, I couldn't un-see it. I self-diagnosed as “bored-out” and decided it was time to learn again. I went back to University in Melbourne to study Positive Psychology. I was truly lit up for the first time ever it seemed!

But the story didn't end here. When I took a Head of People & Talent role at a startup in Amsterdam, I thought I could apply my learnings, but instead I experienced what I can only assume was a burn-out. I was under extreme pressure, cried most weekends and couldn't switch off at night. 

Even though I was challenged, I wasn't using my innate skills in a meaningful way. I was extremely busy doing all the things but true lacked meaning and purpose! I knew deep inside I was meant for more. 

Enough was enough. There had to be more to life than this. I decided to follow my intuition, get my coaching diploma and eventually I combined my all of my learnings and experience and turned them into my very own purpose.

CONSCIOUS CAREERS & SHE Thrives was born.

She Thrives: Course Content & Programme

Module 1: Self-Awareness is Power
The purpose of this module is to get clarity in both who you are and what you desire for the future. We’ll look at your strengths, values and what you want to create in this world. We’ll go deep into coaching to explore options for your future. We’ll finish up the module by creating your Highest-self vision.


Module 2: You Without Limits
This module is all about understanding what might be holding you back from realising your potential. What beliefs are you holding that might have stopped you from taking action in the direction of your goals? Where are you lacking confidence in your abilities? Where are your beliefs stopping you from seeing all the possibilities that are in front of you?


You will be guided through a 3-step process of identifying, unravelling and reprogramming your belief systems, in order not to be limited by them in the future.


Module 3: Conscious Action
By month 3, you’ve created clarity in your career direction and goals and overcome any unconscious limitations - so what better to do now than start taking action in alignment with your biggest goals?? Sounds scary, but I will support you all the way through as we play with the limits of your comfort zone.

In this module, we will also build your new, authentic personal brand - one that truly showcases your expertise, value as an employee and what you want to create in this world!


Module 4: Embodying your Potential 
In the final 10 days of the programme, we’ll reflect on your progress, integrate your learnings and build a roadmap for the future you can get truly excited about!


The programme is complete when you feel confident about your path forward.
